INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium-sized avocados
- 2 Golden Smith green apples
- 2 small shallots
- Juice from ½ lime
- Several sprigs of mint
- 2 teaspoonfuls mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the apples and remove the cores.
- Remove the skin and stone from the avocados.
- Cut the avocados into cubes, coarsely grate the apples, and finely chop the shallots.
- Mix everything in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients: lime juice, mayonnaise and chopped mint leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with thin slices of fried bread.
