Avocado tartare with green apple and mint

This Green Apple Mint Avocado Tartare is a fresh, light meal and super quick. I believe you will fall in love with it for its delicious fresh taste.

TIME FOR PREPARATION: 30 minutes | DIFFICULTY: EASY | SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 medium-sized avocados
  • 2 Golden Smith green apples
  • 2 small shallots
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • Several sprigs of mint
  • 2 teaspoonfuls mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel the apples and remove the cores.
  2. Remove the skin and stone from the avocados.
  3. Cut the avocados into cubes, coarsely grate the apples, and finely chop the shallots.
  4. Mix everything in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients: lime juice, mayonnaise and chopped mint leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with thin slices of fried bread.
